Here is the course syllabus. Note that this is my third time teaching this course, so I'm getting pretty good at it (IMHO) but there is always some improv as we learn and execute this simulation together. Thankfully I have over 30 years of running teams and businesses, so I think I know something.
I have worked with the CapSim experts in the US and continue to communicate with them as no two simulations are the same and there is always more to learn. That stated...it will be fun and educational however it turns out. Here we go!
